So does your husband still live in the house that you purchased
-
I had my tank inspected and I was not there at the time but my neighbour says the inspector gave my septic tank 5 bad points and said he could not find my filter, I have a concrete tank with a lid on it with a plastic pipe that goes up the side of house, it looks like its from the 1960s when they built the house, is there a difference between a septic tank and a fosse septic.

so you need 2 houses in france to get away with only paying for 1 house for tax hab, what if you have 3 or 4 houses do u still pay for 1
-
so if you occupy a property in france for less than 30 consecutive day then you dont have to pay tax hab but i own only 1 property in france which is a holidey home, will that make a difference

if you live in the house in france full time you could advertise your property on the internet like french property.com then when you find a buyer you get an english speaking notaire to do the paper work, why bother using a uk based estate agent or any agent if you dont have to, keep it simple keep it sweet
