Please can you give me more information about exactly where and how you managed to get this service I have looked all over the Embassy website and can't find anything. My Mother is dying of cancer and the doctors have only given her weeks but our passports run out soon. If we send them away i'm scared she may die before we get the passports back and won't be able to travel. Any more info you could give would be great.
