Would anyone be able to point me to a good resource for information on property taxes & the requirements for a small hotel please. I believe 6 rooms or under is a B&B and over that.....well watch out!!

First post on the forum. We are looking to purchase a large farmhouse/mas style property with some land for our B&B/ Boutique Hotel business and would welcome a recommendation of a good agent or property that might be for sale. Our wish list is for a minimun of 12 rooms (mostly ensuite) preferably Luberon but anywhere in Provence, Languedoc/ Roussillon would be considered.
