Travelling Newhaven - Dieppe with Transmanche in a couple of weeks with a tow a van trailer on the back of the car Looking at the map there are several ways to go, most obvious routes go through Rouen but does anyone have a view whether I should take the loop through Alencon and Le Mans now that the 24 hour is over or should I go through Dreux and follow the N154. I don't really know these roads so any suggestions would be most helpful

I am in a similar situation regarding access to emails on my NTL account. NTLworld have a link from their home page (www.ntlworld.com) to a page where you can access your emails via the internet without having to use an email program. All you need to do is to enter your email address and the password which you normally use to access your emails and hey presto there they are. In this way you can subscribe to any service provider you like in France and still get at any emails that turn up on your UK account, thus avoiding expensive phone bills to the UK. NTL have just upgraded their server and currently their service is fine.

I have just put my satellite dish up and aligned it with Astra 2 successfully over the weekend. I'm using the 2nd generation FTV card and after leaving the receiver on over Sunday and today I'm now getting BBC1 2 3 4 ITV and Channel 5 but not Channel4 or ITV2 - but I'm not sure if I ever got ITV2 before. In the UK the channels populated quite quickly I seem to remember. Looking at other posts on this message board I would have expected to have got channel 4 available by now, am I being impatient or do I have a problem with the hardware?
