Zig & Soz

Myself and my husband want to move to France soon, we have 2 children, one aged 6 and one aged 2 who both suffer from Asthma and are heavily affected by the British winter.  For this reason we want to move to a warmer climate, somewhere in the lower french regions. The questions we have are: 1)   Regions that would be most suitable (warm and dry)? 2)   French Medical Care? good/bad? 3)   Husband is a Project Manager with automotive/defence/utilities experience.  What would be the best location for work? Any helpful suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks Zig & Soz
