Hi - We use this company for Top-up insurance at the moment and I'm very happy with them. They have just introduced a new policy called the 'Platine' which might fit the bill for those that are likely to be chucked out of CMU. They are advertising a price of 1618 euros per person for the age bracket you mentioned. If we end up getting the elbow I'll probably end up with them.
