  1. I would be very interested to know the answer to this question too! We have 2 rooms available ( both family rooms) but have the possibility of an additional room if necessary . We need to know if we can register pay cotisations that will provide health cover for ouselves & our children
  2. Hi again a half year registration probably wouldnt suit us as we get quite a lot of american guests during the winter months. I  have had conflicting advise on whether to stay as a micro Bic or register as a Chambre d'Hotes and just need to be certain on the best option to avoid a costly mistake! Any additional advise gratefully received
  3. We are considering registering our Chambres D'Hotes next year. We have less than five rooms but the Chambre de Commerce has said we can register to qualify for health cover I understand that the first years cotisations are just under 2400€, but I am not sure of what the payments are subsequently. Also along with health cover what are the advantages of becoming  sireted ( what expenses are claimable)   thanks
  4. Hi we already have a small B&B ( 2 rooms)  & are hoping to expand to 5 next year. We also want to offer Table d'hotes with alcoholic beverages served with the meals We would like to know what license is required & where we obtain it from. If we wishes to offer drinks for sale in addition to with meals ( alcoholic/non aloholic) would we need a different or additional license   thanks

  6. With young children Christmas Tat is unavoidable. Our decs our up 1st December. However we find  Christmas far less commercialised Here-  more about eating really well that  purchasing huge expensive quantities of  plastic rubbish for the children. As small holders our Christmas means reaping the rewards of raising our own animals for meat. Homecured Gammons Sausage & of course Turkey.
