We have recently purchased a house near the village of Saint-Severin in the Charente. Before buying we got a survey done which highlighted a few little building jobs that need doing before we are able to rent the place out. Can anyone on here recommend a builder local to our property that could complete the work for us. Thanking you in advance. Karen & Richard
