Thanks Quillan,   At least I see of one person not having any problems getting their birds in,  which i dont think we will either.  our vet will give them a clean bill of health and i think we will be good to go.

Our Parrots are not Norwegian Blues, they are U.S. citizens ..2 are democrats and 1 is a Republican but he claims he did'nt vote for Bush but i dont believe him.  As far as the Flu, i cant tell.  Have you ever tried to get a rectal thermometer up somethings butt that has a can opener attached to his face?                                                  Really,  they are 1 african grey and 2 small conures and i dont believe the avain flu should be a factor,   they havent been out of our house in 10 years.

WE WANT TO MOVE ABOUT A HOUR OR SO TRAIN RIDE FROM PARIS SO WE WONT BE IN THE CITY BUT STILL CLOSE, ANY SUGGESTIONS.

We have 3 pet parrots, has anyone had any problems or experiance with bringing them into France. they are not on the CITES list and we will have them Microchipped.  We have had them for 10 years.

I'M A US CITIZEN WHO WORKS IN NIGERIA AND WANTS TO MOVE MY FAMILY TO FRANCE.   I THINK FRANCE AND NIGERIA HAVE A DOUBLE TAX TREATY BUT CANT FIND INFO.  TAXES IN US SHOULD BE FREE UP TO 84000$ AND WILL BE BEING TAXED IN NIGERA ALSO. DOES ANYONE THINK I WOULD BE ABLE TO DEDUCT THE NIGERIA TAX FROM THE FRENCH TAXES OWED? AND WHAT ABOUT THE TAXES IN THE US PAST THE 84000$?    I KNOW THIS IS COMPLEX AND WILL NEED PROFESSIONAL HELP BUT JUST THOUGHT I'D GIVE IT A TRY HERE FIRST.
