Our pool equipment/ filter, pump etc is presently located below ground. I would like to relocate it above ground ie. above the water level.  Are there any points I should be aware of before doing this?  Is there anything I should add to the system because of raising the level of the equipment?

We need 2 new tyres for our car and I am sure someone once told us that tyres are much cheaper in Spain.  Has anyone any experience of this?  Would it be worthwhile making the 3 hour journey down there?

We have a salt pool(Poolsquad) which is generally very efficient.  However, very soon after cleaning we are getting sediment on the bottom of the pool.  My husband wonders if this is a problem with the sand filter( it is 4 years old).  We also use floculant.  Any ideas? Hibou
