Hi Everybody Does anyone have a 6 month let in the surrounding areas of Cognac or Saintes for a couple (no pets) relocating to France ?  If not, can anyone recommend an immobilier as I have read some of the previous discussions on the forum which suggest we may have problems as we'll require a guarantor who is resident and registered for tax in France.  Any replies gratefully received as we arrive on June 1st and only have two weeks accommodation organised (due to a nightmare with completion on the sale of our UK property). Any advice regarding the whole relocation, is also much appreciated.
