Hello I wonder if anyone might consider renting a home in Languedoc to a family with two children for up to a year  ( baby and 6 yr old )  We are homeowners here in New Forest Hampshire but looking to move permanently from Aug/Sept 2010.  We need up to a year's rental to enable us to do our research throughout the region before we buy ( and sell our UK house, hopefully ! ) and find a suitable ecole primaire for our eldest son. I run my own business which is computer-based but would need broadband internet access. We are an 'older' couple who started a family late ( 56 & 47 respectively ) we are non-smokers and have no pets. We can provide suitable references from when we rented in-between purchasing houses here, in Hampshire and Dorset.  Ideally we would prefer to be within reasonable distance of the sea, but this isn't essential. Thank you.

My wife and I ( and small boy ) are looking to rent a villa/apartment by the sea from Monday 18 th June for a week - must be smoke-free and animal-free due to allergies - looking for somewhere nice so willing to pay a bit extra.  Can anyone help?
