Thanks - obviously need to find a friendly barn owl!!   We do not mind them in the barn if only they would stay there.

We have a house with a barn attached.  The neighbours have started to renovate their barn and the bats which were living in their barn have now decided to come into our barn and have also found their way into our attic. Has anybody any suggestions of how to "persuade" the bats to go elsewhere?

We have recently had some work carried out by builders in our home in Haute Vienne, which was completed satisfactorily.  However, since completion the company has been put into liquidation.  What we want to find out is if there is any organisation which help people in these circumstances, especially if we find anything wrong with the work which has been done.  Our understanding is that the work is guaranted for 10 years but we do not have a "certificate" for the works carried out.
