  12. We are planning to start our new life in Brittany in the near future and have found answers to most of our concerns from this forum. The French Law of Property Inheritance Succession appears to be complicated . We have no children but my husband has two sons from a previous marriage. Our wishes are that one of the sons would not be a beneficiary and our English Will states this. When we move to Brittany can we legally make the same wish? If anyone can advise we would be very grateful.
