Hi, not sure what kind of insider information you wanted. But we've been living in the area for the last 2.5 years. We've settled in well and really like the area. It's ideally located for both Bergerac and Bordeaux so you can take advantage of airports, shopping etc. It's also close enough for a day at the coast, there are also a few big lakes around as well. We have children and they make the most of local horse riding, football and all other kinds of sport facilities. There's also the usual walks in the sticks and along the canal in Fontet. Monsegur has it's own cinema, albeit in French. There are quite a few Brits around if you want the ease of speaking English, but also the French are really welcoming as well. Generally a pretty good area. If you want more specific information just let me know. Hope it helps.

Sorry, we're on the edge of 33/47. It is a French spec bike. He bought it on a whim last year and it has hardly left our driveway. He does know I'm selling it but it's been a bit of struggle. It's a bit of a boys toy!! Thanks for your help.

Could anyone recommend where to try and sell my husband's brand new R6. We have tried one magazine, Troc Moto and the usual local supermarkets but nothing so far. Are there any websites or other magazines you could recommend? Thanks

Hi I am looking to rent a property starting in February for 4-5 months while our property renovation is completed. It would need to be close to Monsegur/St Vivien or within 15-20 minutes drive.
