Hi Clare.... its a nightmare trying to find good dog sitters.......We needed dogs looking after when we went away .....we found it hard to find people willing enough......However...we had a look on the notice board at the vet and found notices from people willing to sit your pet....also your local vet may know of people willing to do this.. Sorry that i am not in your region....but thought this info may help Good luck Shaun

Can anyone please help ? On 23rd October 2006...My-self..one more adult..2x 12 year old cocker spaniels...1x 15 year old cat and 1x 19 year old cat (lovely pets) will be travelling from the south of France to the north.. We are hoping to find comfortable accomodation for one night allowing us to leave at about 2pm the next day. We would like to stay near Renne (Brittany). We would hope to arrive at around 4pm and will have been on route for aprox 8 hours.....so comfort will be our main concern. If anyone may have a gite or similar at this time...please contact me..
