I live in scotland and my husband and I are divorcing 4years after buying a french property together. Does anyone one know how this would work out legally, my husband refuses to sell so far. My solicitor has been of no help after a year and a half of visitng her and is still racking her brains!! I would be very grateful for any helpful information thank you.
