Calvados

Hi there, we (german family) are looking for english/german speeking people in the area close to Villers Bocage/ South of Caen. We are considering buying a chateau close by and would like to get in contact with people living there. Does anyone have experience with taking care of such a large property? ..we are also considering sharing the property with someone else, since we will only come there during the holidays.. Has anyone ever considered doing this? Sabine
