[Roofing regulations ?]

Can anyone advise on the regulations regarding re roofing to a derelict

house we are about to commence renovating ? Is breathable felt

compulsory and do we need to counterbatten  the roof for an air

gap? Any help and advise welcomed including recommended contractors or

merchants in Sarthe area ( 72 ).

We will shortly be commencing work on a house renovation and barn

conversion and would be interested to hear if anyone can recommend any

trades for us. We are based between Alencon and Le Mans.
