Can anyone advise on the regulations regarding re roofing to a derelict house we are about to commence renovating ? Is breathable felt compulsory and do we need to counterbatten  the roof for an air gap? Any help and advise welcomed including recommended contractors or merchants in Sarthe area ( 72 ). We will shortly be commencing work on a house renovation and barn conversion and would be interested to hear if anyone can recommend any trades for us. We are based between Alencon and Le Mans. Happy New Year to you all
