We have a property in a small village near Hesdin which has another building on the land which requires slight attention !!! It needs complete renovation - so we are looking for an English speaking french architect to draw up some plans and deal with the paperwork. Can anyone help us with a name? Many thanks

Hi, We too live near by, we live in a small village near Beaurainville. At the moment we visit in the school holidays but Hubby will be moving out later in the year and Im moving out next year to start a French style life!!  We too have a teenage son who dislikes holidaying in such a boring place! ( His words not ours) Hubby is out there in the next few days to do some work, he is always looking out for new golfing chums or someone to share his new found hobby canoing! Another hobby is drinking copius amounts of wine. When first bought house he intended filling the cellar but somehow this doesnt seem to happen ??? So you are not the only ones who live/ holiday in Pas de Calais. jane  &  brian
