We are about to proceed with the sale of our French property. We will be owner of a house to renovate and a a piece of land currently "non-constructible" described as an agricultural land. Could anyone tell us if the land could be constructible in the future. Aosl, the compromis the vente has been signed and the date of the sale set 8 9 weeks afetr that. The notaire said it was to allow for the "SAFERE"(?) to decide if it wants the land or not. Does anyone ever encounter this organisation? We believe it is a sort of Assoc. of farmer but we are not sure. Thank you all for your help.
