  1. If from the Esperaza area, probably not, the amount of unregistered British working on the black in the area is incredible!
  2. Don't forget that French licences do not include the caravan/towing option (up to 7 tonnes on an ordinary UK licence I think).  When they saw mine they asked if I wanted that option on my French one when I said yes, I then had to go through a medical which I am now obliged to go to every 5yrs. I had a normal UK licence, I now have a French licence B,E (b), most French licence holders will just have a B on passing their test. YF&S
  3. I'm confused?   Are you talking about a property in France or the UK?   When in France you tend to use LOCAL people and not import people from your place of origin ie. when in Rome do as the Romans do!   Why is it the British are so intent on bringing their own builders/artisans/workers to France, who then work on the black as they don't pay their cotisations etc?   The amount of British going through tribunal's at the moment in my area is unbelievable, when will they learn that French registered workforce are the only way to go?   Nuff said!
  4. Can't believe that there's only 2 of us in our 30's and single ..... Are we that rare??!!!! YF&S
  5. Do you think this extends to those in their 30's?  Or is it for the 'been there done that' group.  (No offence meant, but I have a feeling I am a rare sort here!) My profile name says it all.  WLTM a man of a similar age who has a love of France.  Where are they all?  I too have done the internet dating thing and found that men on there from the UK seemed scared of single women who have made a move like this.  Generally UK men seemed perplexed by women who do love adventure, travel and experiencing something new. Someone prove me wrong please! YF&Single
