Just thought I would let you know that we have a house in department 19 and only received our taxe d'habitation bill today for 2005, along with a separate charge for redevance audiovisuelle.  We are currently in the process of renovating the property and are suprised that an additional 116 euros for the redevance audiovisuelle has been charged, despite not having a tv in the property.  Does anyone know whether we need to pay this amount or can we contest it?
