Can anyone tell me how I go about getting this as I wish to teach eniglish on a private tuition basis when we move to france.

We are looking to move to France in early spring of next year and at present run a small business here in UK, we want to carry on selling in France but we tend to use markets and specialised shows what do we need to do to set up in France, I have read the forum but no of it seems to apply to us plus we sell over the internet. Can any one tell me if there are any regulations in France as to Dogs traveling in cars or trucks as we have a saffy who is coming with us when we move but she is a real baby and where we go she goes so she is used to traveling in our truck but does she need to be restained in anyway. We are looking to move to limoussin area in the later part of this year, we are selling up all and moving we will have enough funds to purchase property and live for 2 years. We want to be able to carry one with what we have been doing in the UK my husband makes wooden toys and I go to markets and sell them plus we sell over the internet, we also have a small private monthly income which would cover living cost but the toys are for our additional expences will we be able to do this in France?
