Woulds welcome any guidance / thoughts / suggestions about the Champagne region - We have visited the area on a number of occasions and have become fascinated by the Champagne story and are now considering a move permanently to the area - We love Rheims and Epernay but would love to be in a small village (preferably on one of the Champagne routes) in the country and run some gites or a b & b business. Have not been to Troyes but we gather it is very nice too! What are property prices like at the moment? What is the weather like during the winter months? And the summers?
