Thanks Mikey   I will try Brian on Monday   Hi Arnold I have been with the DDE and you are entitled to put up 4x signs in the area. There are restrictions as to the distance from the village and the distance from the roadside. On private property you can also erect signage. The guy in the DDE was very helpful and as far as I can gather, once we have the signs and they look OK, they will actually erect them for us, provided we supply all the materials.

We were wondering if anyone can recommend  a supplier of linen. Mainly Sheets, blankets and possibly UK type pillow cases. We are looking for 10 - 20 sets of each. Thanks We are not inside the village walls. I will look into the the DDE and see what we can come up with. We have about 120 metres of main road frontage with the river Tet dividing us from the road. I presume that there is no restriction for a sign in our garden. We will see if we need permision anyway. Thanks again,

That makes sense! We have a small PABX systemwith 4x extensions. I thought that I was plugging in before the system....it musn't be the case. We are only in the house about 6x weeks. Still trying to find how some of the things work....Think I might need a bit of technical help on this one! Hi Does anyone know the regulations in relation to putting up signage on approach roads to your B&B. Do you need permission? If so where do you start? We will be opening in the spring in Villefranche de Conflent. We have just signed up with French Connections, do you have any other recommendations as to where we should advertise etc. As any of you who have been in this position before, you can imagine how much we have to do in the new year.   Any help is greatly appreciated. Hi Guys I have recently moved from Ireland and am struggling to get my Wanadoo ASDL set up. I am following all the instructions through to the final test and then it fails! All cables in correct places, phone line works. The only thing I can see is that we have a phone extension requiring us to dial "0" to get the line for my regular ISP and phone calls. I can't see any way of changing the set up for the ASDL configuration. Am I missing something really simple? Any help appreciated as it is getting to me now! Thanks
