The traveller

I was wondering if anyone knows about tour guiding in France.  Do you know if it is possible for an english speaking only person to take people on tours, example, walking tours of particular towns, museums, art galleries etc.  My self and my partner are wanting to live in France. Are there any special qualifications required.  I look forward to your reply.

I have a similiar question about teaching english in France.  Does anyone know anything about teaching esl in Bordeaux.  I have never been there but have heard good things about the area.  And also freelancing with a ESL qualification, is this possible?  If anyone is teaching ESl in France can you tell us what it is like to find accommodation and can you recommend any good teaching areas, either in organizations or free lancing.  Many thanks.  The traveller
