I am a bit worried about living out here permanatley as I am not old enough to to recieve a pension, We are currantley living on incapacity benefit and a bit off savings, if I lose the incapacity benefit we will find it difficult .Will I lose it if I declare my french address? my husband is 62 and i am quite a bit younger. Is there anything we can claim legaly?
