Err not sure of any of those !Will have internet access via work. If by ISP provider you mean ~Wanadoo ??? then don't know if they have webmail.Doh !
Don't worry Londoneye. It's just as Timco said. Go to Wanadoo and there'll be a log in box waiting for you. [:)]To get onto the forum it'll be the same. You'll need your user name, password and possibly email address.
I don't know which is more efficient but I can tell you - there is nothing as cosy as snuggling up in front of a proper fire. Gas and central heating doesn't come anywhere near that .....
Well, I love my woodburner but I love my sisters living flame gas fire too. It's so realistic that after 15 years I still chuck things on it, and it's a lot easier to control the heat then it is with a woodburner. One issue with a gas fire for Mr and Mrs Cat would be visible pipes (no wooden floorboards to hide them in).
I have just come back from town, where the kids were having a jolly time celebrating Mardi Gras. They painted their faces, threw petards, sprayed passers-by with gunge (who, expecting this, wore filthy clothes) and a good time was had by all. Then I read that a centuries-old pancake race in Ripon has been cancelled because of elf and safety fears.
Don't worry Colonel, as one great tradition dies, another is born. I just received this from England. As you know Sheffield people call the stew hash 'ash', and do not appear to know it is actually 'hash'.We have just heard two of the staff discussing how today is Ash Wednesday, so they will celebrate by having 'ash.Twinks I'm sure Ron thought I was in this thread, earlier, and that the kiss was intended for me.[:)]

Hi[:)]There are so many Villeneuves! Could you add your Department name in the 'location' section of your profile, so other forum members have a better idea where you are in order to reply to your query?

What's the point of your face looking 40 (ish) when your hands, neck and no doubt everywhere else, look 70?

Next time someone suggests you 'think outside the box', ask 'why does it always have to be a box?'[6]
This page will be shiny and Twinkly when all the mods wake up if it's the last thing I do!
[:D]Lunatic! The last thing you do should be to say goodnight to me. I'm concerned for the mental and physical health of certain members when they log on in a few hours though.[:)]

No we went to L'Isle d'Oleron - it was lovely thanks for asking!
I was AWOL when you originally posted.I'm only replying now to wreck your current claim to fame, of being the last poster in 16 consecutive threads. Call me a meanie if you like.[Www] -
how can you give such a good answer at this time of night? [:D]
Because it's the simple truth! No thought processes required.[:D] -
5am is very bad, but the unearthly hour mentioned by Mr Ruff Riff, along with the 'blepping' leads me to suspect he lives on a Hellmouth.
...what do you feel suits you best? [:$]
That's a different question entirely, and one I'm happy to answer! 28. My favourite age, and my favourite temperature.[:D] -
Don't misquote me WB's Bro. It's a hanging offence where I come from. Grrr.

It's a very interesting question Macky and I'm glad you've replicated it here.If people could say the ages their children were when they started school in French, I think that'd be helpful. We toyed with the idea of moving here when my son was aged 11/12 but for me, at that time, it already felt 'too late' for him.So, I have no personal experiences to add to the thread, but I'm really hoping for a better response than the question got on TF.
I refuse to answer, so that reduces the total by 1, so you can be.
Yes, please count me out too. [:)]I saw Dick (for the first time in a while) the other night and forgot to say hello. So, hello Dick.
For a country that is as secular as Groslard is trying to have us believe, there seem to be a remarkable number of Saints days and religious holidays...
It seems Pentecost is being reinstated as a holiday. [:D]
So much for fraternite. I loved SNCFs cunning wheeze though.
How on earth could you NEVER see the museum unless you ignored it's presence?
I just suspect they have changed the conditions of access...
(my bold)
And I suspect you have answered your own question. -
Is Her Royal Trescness going to the picnic?
Nope, not even in the deepest disguise.[:)]

Even I'm not daft enough to take you up on this, Mr WBs Bro'.[:)]
