Hi,   There are some good currency  exchange shops around Victoria in London. I've used a switch card to get sums of around 5000 Euros at a better rate than I could transfer between my English and French Accounts. If you want a specific address let me know.  

There's certainly a demand - anybody who uses the Ryanair Liverpool to Girona flight will know that the bulk of the passengers are travelling to Languedoc-Rousillon.

Have you got a business account? Are any direct debits to non French accounts?   Both could explain it. I find e-mailing them usually gets me a good response in about 24 hours.   (That's how I got them to post my debit card to me)

Hi,   Have just had my first taxe foncieres bill which mentions this tax but has charged me as a full time resident.   I shall (for the next 4 or 5 years) only use the house for about 50 days a year and no single spell will be more than 15 days. Is this tax something I should be attempting to get or is it a punitive tax that I should avoid?
