I have just been looking at the supposed sample of the Passport on the DEFRA website. There are about 20 years worth of Rabies booster spaces but only eight spaces for ticks and worms injections. If,like me, you go on holiday 4-5 times a year you will quickly need a new passport.. at what expense? apart from the hassle of getting it issued. I have written to DEFRA to ask for more spaces here - the more people who join in the more chance we'll have. good luck
