Following a call to newcastle we are more confused than ever. My father in law is 62 and suffers from heart failure.(LVF). He recieves incapacity benefit which will go with us when we move to france because this is a contribution based benefit. He does take alot of medication which is free of charge, does anyone know if the free prescriptions will continue. kind regards kirsten
