Hi - I'm also wanting to make chutney - one of my recipes (red hot tomato chutney - we're chilli heads) calls for cooking apples. Can anyone suggest a suitable apple please. Thanks.

I'm wanting to make some chutney (marrow - yes, from the glut of courgettes!) and tomato (yes, we have a glut of these too). Can I buy ordinary malt vinegar from the likes of Gant etc?? Thanks.

You have my sympathy............I came off HRT last September after 9 years and suffered immediately with the hot flushes, and arn't they AWFUL. I now take soya and wild yam, the latter helping immensley. However, I'm not sure if these can be bought here.......my supply comes from the UK. Kaz

Hi, I have the text book 'A vous La France', but, unfortunately I don't have the 2 audio cassettes that go with it. A long shot - is there anyone out there who's finished with the cassettes and could pass them on? I'm happy/willing to buy these.... Merci
