It could be either one permis or two. The problem is I have aready had plans drawn up and it may be difficult to get an Architect to take them on.

I have outline permission for two houses on one plot in Morbihan. Although each house will be about 120sq mtrs. can anyone advise me if I am obliged to employ and architect under the 170sq mtr. rule?

I have a building plot in Melrand, Morbihan and wish to apply for detailed planning permission. Does anyone know if there is anyone in the area who could help with the production of plans and working drawings and the actual Demande de permis de construire. Freferably someone who speaks english as my French is somewhat limited. Also if I self-build what insurances would I need.
