Can anyone help with this problem (possibly Mazan)? Installed satellite dish and digibox (Panasonic) and alligned to Astra 2. Can receive Channel 4 and Channel 5 OK plus lots of other free channels - Discovery, UK Gold etc. Tried switching off at mains for 5 minutes and switching back on, and also tried downloading software without symptoms changing. The message "No satellite signal being received" comes up when trying to select these channels. The picture is clear and signal strength and quality are good. I am using blue Sky card with a house on it. Any help would be much appreciated.

This has probably come up before, but I'm still confused - If I want to receive the FTA channels, do I have to subscribe to Sky, or can I just buy a digibox and purchase the 23.50 card? Also, if I do subscribe to Sky using an unsubsudised digibox, do I have to activate the card in the UK, or can this be done in France?
