i am considering buying an appartment on the french riviera using the french investment/lease back scheme. advise would be very welcome on the following points, 1)what is the % vat refund. 2)how many years old does the property has to be. 3)how many weeks personal use is normal. 4)is it guaranteed by the french govt. i would be pleased to hear views from anyone who knows of the scheme or anyone on the scheme thanks j.ward
