On a serious note about insonia, in sainsburys and waitrose you can get sleepy time milk, my sister swears by it, they milk the cows at night and the cows produce milk with something in it that makes you sleepy. I do not know all the techchnical makeup, but she says its brilliant, you might be able to get it in France but I have my doubts.
That's an odd one Verviale & like you I have doubts that you'd get it here.
I'm a pain aren't I?
Do you want me to answer that?[Www] Vanilla fudge 1lb Caster sugar 1/2 pint Evaporated milk 4 Tbs Milk 4 oz Butter 1 Vanilla pod split Pinch of salt Nuts (optional) In a saucepan combine sugar, evaporated milk, milk, and salt. Cook and stir over a medium heat until boiling, then lower the heat and stir for 30 minutes Immediately remove saucepan from heat and add the butter and vanilla pod but do not stir. Cool mixture, without stirring,  for approx 45 mins Remove the vanilla pod and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon till fudge becomes very thick and just starts to lose its gloss (about 10 minutes total). Spread fudge into a foil lined & buttered baking tray, that's at least 8 X 2inch and score into 1-inch squares while warm. Top each square with the optional nuts, if desired. When firm, use the foil to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares. Store airtight in the refrigerator. Better?[;-)]
  3. Well Louise, I kind of cupped some & held it to my hair.[8-)] Being liquid, that's all I could do. I wouldn't say I have golden highlights, but I think it's toned down the grey a little. I was worried I'd look like I'd been Tangoed![:-))] I might check out the other recipe you found, the herbie one. I'll have to check what colour it goes 1st! Your turn flower![;-)]

Here's one for you Twinks, for Friday though! [:D] MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE  12 oz. dark chocolate 1 tin condensed milk 2 heaped tbsp. peanut butter Place chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir in 2 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter. Spread in pan. Cool and cut.
  5. If they've been dried properly & stored in dry cool conditions, they'll keep for a couple of years. Not sure about freezing, would need to be dried first though & maybe frozen in a Ziplok bag, or something airtight. Good luck with the shelling, not sure there is an easy way, unless you have a small scale nut oil producer near you with the machinery. Get the logs in girl![;-)] BTW, just used the saffron mix on my hair [:-))] ummmm................ not sure, let you know when it's dried.

Them boyos are more interested in sheep !!!!!!!
Um..........I'm not saying anything, but didn't you marry one?[8-)] So, for the calendar, you'll have to nick your parents one or there again get someone to buy you the French rugby calendar, or I've just noticed they're advertising one on here http://www.livingfrance.com/calendar/ maybe that's a bit tame though![;-)]
  14.
You do let yourself go Jayjay! ... How much chocolate to reach that stage?.
