Please can anyone explain the legal implications on the buyers side when a devis is signed? We have signed a devis for a set of kitchen units and paid a deposit. We have since seen a different design which we would rather instal. Can we back out of the original devis, do we forgo the deposit, is the devis and deposit transferable to someone else? Any information will be gratefully received
