My fear of heights on a traditional Breton Chimney Farmhouse means I am looking for recommendations for builders able to install my woodburing flue and ensure the birds and rain drops remain on my roof and not in my lounge.

We are informed that an above ground Spa does not need any planing concent but does anyone know if there are any restrictions regarding the sighting of a Spa near a well which is NOT used for drinking water just irrigaion. Thanks
