Hi Help needed on Public Liability Insurance,I will be opening a stop off yard for horses(transporters)i would also like to offer a room for them to sleep ect.... the humans, like the uk will i need public liability ins.?i know theres lots of complications regarding being registered for a yard but the transporters are english,i have been advised this wouldnt matter if from uk,but obviously i would need some sort of insurance??????incase accidents occur with humans or animals.When doing this through a French ins company will they want to see registrations of my business ect.... or not hope someone can help. Thanks helen :p.s i have exams ect...but as usual not recognised in France   I

  4. hi Can anyone enlighten us as to how much, if your self employed your minimum wage has to be to live in France? as i keep hearing different tales? Also what is the current situation with c d sejour and id cards to be in France living?do you need one or what Thanks colin and helen

Hi it all depends,its alot of money to pay just to see her a couple of months in the year,also if you do decide to get her you really oute to get something in writing, as once youve paid your dosh, your unable to take her home for 7 months, shell need to feel settled with one home,not to confuse her, sometimes being with you then you dissapear then reappear,she sounds just what you looking for , but not the circumstances, maybe leave a deposit,to secure her but only take her home in december, when you can. or bite the bullet say no, re look for one when your permanent in one place. when looked after properly dogs are hard work, tying, rather like children. i wouldnt be without mine for a minute,its nice your obviosly considering all the options unlike many who dive in and dont think, good luck helen

Hi dont know if your sorted,is it for transport from uk, or locally in france ecs transport have been recommended to me, not used them yet but they are very professional and helpful ecshorsetransport.com hope this helps,if not your message might be better on pets theres all kinds of horsey related questions helen
