We are planning to buy property in Limousin and let it out as a Gite. Are there any inspections required by the local tourist board (as there are for B&Bs in England) or can you just start advertising and taking bookings. I am thinking of either planning requirements, or making sure that the gite is of a satisfactory standard for letting. Geoff
