Hi, has anyone had any success with an English-speaking phone number for Caisse d'Epargne?  I need some assistance in adding additional payees to my internet banking account for our gite. Unfortunately our bank manager (English speaking) has now left the bank and I'm not sure where to get help.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
