  1. I've finally completed my declaration. My problem was creating my 'personal space' on the impots website. Finally found an email address to contact and submit ID documents. They came back to me with links to access designated area and after that I managed to complete the declaration. Thanks for all the comments which were most interesting and good to know I wasn't the only one experiencing problems.
  2. Well at least I know now that it isn't me! Problem is I'm in the UK and not going to France before the end of June. Thanks for your reassurance.
  3. In order to complete the property declaration, I need to create a 'personal space' on the impots.gouv.fr website and to do so need to complete a form. Having found the form and completed it online, it will not submit indicating that I need to complete all required fields which I have done. So I'm stuck - does anyone have an address that I can send the required ID to or suggest how I complete the required property declaration by post. Thanks
  4. We are in a similar position - I have just started another post because I am stuck with the Consuel website. With regard to arranging a second visit, they emailed me a declaration letter for us to fill in when we had completed the work. Because we wanted an inspection when we were there, I sent off the cheque saying that we would be there between two dates and could we have an inspection either then or if not between two other dates in December. However, they ignored that and arranged a visit the day after we left the first time. Although I advised them we would not be there, the inspector visited, waited for half an hour, and sent us a bill for 190 euros which I have disputed but no reply. To avoid this happening again, I want to be able to use the website to pay but can't add the dossier to my espace client. Not sure which part of France you are in but I have email addresses for the Consuel office in Blagnac if that would help. Just send me a pm as I guess I shouldn't post them on here.
  5. So what I need help with is how to attach my dossier to my espace client (which I have created but none of my information is there) on the Consuel website so I can pay the account online. I have asked them for help to no avail. They suggested I called them but the number wouldn’t accept the call. When I asked them to call me I was told they couldn’t ring the UK. Absolute nightmare….. I have a word document setting up where I got stuck - which is to do with the yellow, green and blue boxes on the create a client page. I'm not sure how I attach a word document to this message but that sets out exactly what I need. Any help gratefully received.
