Thanks everybody. I was already counting on 6 months (worst case). Fingers crossed we get it done before the holiday season. No compromis is signed yet, cause it would not be valid without the approval from the Juge.

Just made an offer that got accepted on a little piece of France. Seller needs approval from the Juge de Tutelles, because part is owned by a person under guardian. Does anybody know how long this process will normally take? Thanks
