Hi  I am new to this, so hoping I am not breaking any of the rules! We have lived very happily in Brittany for 11 years but now, sadly, my 63 year old wife is suffering from Alzheimer's and I will soon be needing some help to look after her. Can anyone suggest where I should place an ad for an English lady, preferably with some nursing experience, to contact me with a view to moving here, living in one of our cottages and helping me with my wife as well as some cooking and housekeeping? I don't know whether agencies exist for this type of situation, or whether I should advertise in a magazine - and if so, which one? Would appreciate any useful inputs. Thanks
