One of my banks only offer six months of statements, another all statements since I opened the account in 2011. I too printed off 5 years of statements for TdS application but they weren't required. Another tree wasted....

The NHS has plainly got it wrong. The pensions upgrades will be only be decided by the UK. Why need there be an EU agreement on how our pensions are treated (or more likely mistreated) after Brexshit?

I'm guessing, but in the old days the cameras used film. The film might run out but the radar and flash would go on working. Nowadays I presume everything is digital and it might be that the data collection part of the system was down and the rest of the system went on banging away. You can but hope and pray. I wouldn't rely to heavily on the praying bit.

Yes, it is the call forwarding. You get the options to forward your call to another number or the message box, in which case you get the option to select how many rings before the call is forwarded.

You need to go to your espace client on your sosh account. Locate the tab 'equipment' and there on the lign fix tab select 'renvoi d'appel'. you can select up to nine rings before the call is diverted to the sosh (= orange) voicebox..Hope you can find it, it's a bit tricky.

W8 is/was a disaster. to move back to W8 is folly. If you wish to go back, go back to W7 (still supported by microsoft until next year).

I think you may be right, but I haven't seen two way switches that operate by a push switch?

Not happy, but given the rabble to choose from it doesn't make much difference. It will make the 150k blue rinses feel important. The process of selection makes a mockery of democracy. Something slightly more acceptable might come with a GE after bexsh1t. Meanwhile we can despair at the slow downward slide.....

push-on, push-off switches usually operate a relay in the tableau which does the switching. Maybe this has jammed or is faulty.

We were advised by a french friend to introduce ourselves to the maire with a bottle of whiskey if a professional looking person or shortbread if he was an agriculture. We took whiskey and he was gobsmacked. So embarrassing!
