I would be very interested to know if anyone has used Homefinders and Properties Direct to purchase in France.......I would also like to check out something that I have been told, that it is possible to secure a property in France contingent on the sale of ones U.K. property.A clause is written into the 'Compromis de Vente'stipulating that if the U.K.house does not sell within the time or price limits fixed that there is no obligation to continue with the purchase.Comments/personal experiences greatly welcomed!!!!
