hi there, they havent also thought about people who have b and  bs cos we have multiple rooms and dont change the calander until they are all booked which is very rare so it looks like we have no bookings at all, all of the year! liz x

I totally recommend Cristal pools  the are based all over france we had ours done in sept and they were exellent and it s lovely and the price is fair but you may have to wait a while we waited 9 months, they have a website just type in cristal pools or piscine plus its the same company one is based the and the other in england please say i recommended you  elizabeth hussein Haute Vienne

The English food shop in busseire potiviene in haute vienne has about fifteen  kittens of various ages to find good homes for they are all house cats and the mother can be seen, also some are longhaired I got two beautiful kittens from the owner about four months ago and she had 20 then to find homes for so i presume she will have some left they are lovely kittens I dont know the number  but you can go to the shop and maybe get your supplys in aswell! its funny that you cannot find any I thought there was supposed to be a load of unwanted kittens around , on another note Im sure under the pet section on total france there are two angorra kittens looking for homes I hope you find one!               liz

thanks for that advice  I didn't want a licience like a public bar it was basically for guests if they want a drink on arrival or don't want a meal just a couple of drinks in their room watching TV. So there isn't anything to cover that thats fine I just wanted to know. Liz

hello there, We run a b and b in Limousin and currently have a No 1 drinks licience to serve wine and beer with meals, does anyone know if you can have a better one ie serves beer and wine etc on its own, i dont want a full bar or resturant licience is there a one inbetween and how much does it cost? hello there, if you are unable to keep pippin and cannot find him a  good home you could phone the phoenix refuge im sure its near you in the Dordogne www.phoenix-refuge.com they will keep him and rehome him and not put him down, also an advert in www.totalfrance.com  as they are always asking about finding dogs homes under the pet forum  my mam thinks pippin is big but Im still talking to her as i cannot bear the thought of such a lovely dog being put down he doesn't deserve to die! please keep us updated thankyou and good luck Liz

Can you tell me what pippin is crossed with? is he a big dog or little please tell me the height my mum has just lost her dog  a very small crossed poodle and wants to know about pippin for gods sake dont get him put down if he has the paperwork if you carnt find agood home take him back why should he die ?what colour is he and does he fight with other dogs? liz

hello there you can buy a specific product in brico marche   terracotta tile oil it puts the oil back into the tile and puts a shine on them but it take a few coats and as the tiles are porous it takes a good few hours for the tiles to absorb the oil so its best to do it last thing at night dont let anyone walk on it when its been done until it s totally dry , you can also buy in the supermarket cleaning products to put in water with linseed oil in  to clean the floor, however I must say altogether the floors will never look as new but they are an original feature  and you spend half or your day keeping them clean as I do because even if you spash them they stain good luck liz

hello there, know where theres lots of kittens needing good homes,i got 2 about four months ago, and the lady had loads of them about 15 to rehome alot were smaller than the 2  I got and so lovely I dont have the number but its the english food shop in bussiere potiviene in haute vienne they are english people who own it and they are their cats who were brought from england who had the babies some are long haired as are mine 'm sure you can get a couple their good luck liz x

Yes the house is soley in my mothers name, would it be possible for my mother to actually give me the house now, ie put the house deeds in my name or even joint names hers and mine? or the other option is to sell and buy  another house just in my name as mam is not happy about her getting even a third, also if she was a third owner could see demand to move in( type of thing she would do to sicken us off untill we sold)

thanks for your reply, I dont know whats happening today but I cannot seem to get anything to work properly anyway Ill start again. My self and my family and my mother moved to limousin last year after selling both of our properties for a better life my mother bought the bed and breakfast costing approx 200,000 euros and i spent approx £50,000 pounds on doing it up, my sister came with us not by choice but because she was living with mum and a really bad alcoholic, I have never gotton on with my sister  because of the physical and mental abuse she has caused to me and mum over the years, but this was to be a new start,..... this lasted all of a week and she was just as bad, it became so bad (infront of the kids) that I said if she didnt go I wouldso she packed her bags and moved in with the french boyfriend telling him about her horrible abusive family chucking her out, when we see her which isnt very often thank god she hurls abuse at me saying when the old which is dead she have half the house and make me sell, this has upset me and mum so much she decided to make awill to protect my intrests mum has said that 7/8ths of the house and all assets go to me and 1/8 to my sister with clauses in that she can only get if I wish to sell or Im dead wheras the 7/8 will go to my kids is this legal and binding or do we need to go to a solicitor the house is now valued at 400,000 euros  double and all because of our hard work  how should it be fair that she can inherit half after not putting a penny in and doing no work if any one knows more about this please could you advise.

My family and my mother came to live in Limousin last year, we both sold our houses, my mother bought the band b here for approx 200,000 euros and I have spent £ 50,000 doing it up and starting the buisness, my sister came with us not out of choice but because she was penniless and a alcoholic who lived with my mam, i have never gotten on with my sister and over the years suffered from both physical and constant mental abuse ( which my mam did aswell) but put up with it for her sake  it is well known how alcoholics treat their families, however this was going to be a fresh start, it lasted all of one week and she started stealing from us and abusing us  this time infront of the kids which i will not tolerate, so mum gave her a ultimatum, no drink or you can leave so she left  with the first man she met giving them a sob story about the terrible family, to cut along story short my mother has made a will out ,not cutting her out of her inheritance but ensuring me and my family get the majority as we have put our savings and profit into the house aswell as hard work setting up the buisness,she will get 1/8 th and me 7/8ths , with clauses in so that she cannot force us to sell or move back into the house without my permission, she will only get her share when i want to sell or I die and then will my share go to my children, however my sister still abuses me in the street by shouting she will be half owner of the house and chuck us out when mum dies, this is upsetting to my mum to hear this and very worrying to me and my family as wehave put all our time and money into this , the house has been valued at 400,000 euros all though our hard work ,why should she just come and take half of it as states in french law. Can anyone advice us as to whether the will is enough there are three copies and an original or do we need to go to a notaire and get another>
