It sounds like you are well versed on this matter, and Im desperately looking for some info on this matter. I am an American with a business in Nice, France, I own several kits like a Lamborghini Murcielago replica in Miami, and will like to bring them here for use during the sumer months then just ship it back to the US or maybe sell one or two here.
